The group of all these things is known as pulses. They are a great source of protein which is the building block of our body and helps in weight loss. Also, there are many researches done which prove that the consumption of pulses is good and helps in weight loss.

Eggs are a very popular food, which is consumed by most of the people in the house in the form of raw egg or omelette. This food also helps in fat loss.

NUTS AND FRUITS

Nuts are one of the major foods you add to your diet. Along with nuts also add fruits which provide various vitamins and minerals.

Try to drink more water as it hydrates your body and skin. You must drink at least 3 litres of water to ensure good face and skin health. It also acts as a cleansing agent in our body as it takes out all the waste of urine and sweat.
