Sometimes you feel like making something that can be made in minutes and doesn't require much effort. Something which is wonderful in taste and also fills our stomach. Keeping this in mind, today we are going to make Fried Rice, this is a recipe that can be made in minutes. This rice can be made with a very easy recipe and if you already have cooked rice in your fridge then it will be ready in no time.

many homes, people eat rice in large quantities. Sometimes it is enjoyed with some vegetables and sometimes by making pulao. One such interesting dish made with the help of rice is Veg Fried Rice. Generally, people find it difficult to make it, whereas it is a very easy recipe. So let us know about the method of making it-

Ingredients for Fried Rice:

Basmati Rice – 1 cup (wash and keep in water for 15-20 minutes)

Salt – 1 tsp (for rice)

Oil – 1 tsp (for rice)

Oil – 2 tbsp.

Ginger – 1 tsp grated

Carrot – 1/2 cup finely chopped

French Beans – 1/2 cup finely chopped

Capsicum – 1/2 cup finely chopped

Cabbage – 1/2 cup finely chopped

Salt – 1/2 teaspoon

Soya Sauce – 1 tsp

Schezwan Sauce – 1.5 tbsp

Vinegar – 1 tsp

Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp.

Process of boiling rice:

Put about 4 cups of water in a vessel, cover it, and boil it. After boiling, add 1 cup of Basmati rice (wash and soak in water for 15-20 minutes). Also, add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon oil, this makes the rice fluffy. Now cover it and cook for 5 minutes, remember not to cover it completely, leave it a little open.

After the time is over, check them once, if the rice is raw then cover it and cook it for 2 more minutes. Check them again after 2 minutes, they will be ready when cut gently with your finger. Now filter them and separate their water. Spread them on a long tray so that they cool quickly. Remember, to make Schezwan fried rice, the rice should be completely cold, Then rice will be cooked like this.

Process of making:

After the rice cools down completely, add 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan spread it all over the pan, and heat it. Add 1 teaspoon grated ginger (along with it you can take 8-10 garlic cloves finely chopped or you can also take ginger garlic paste instead) in hot oil and stir lightly, remember to keep the flame low-medium. Will remain the same.

After this, add ½ cup finely chopped carrots, ½ cup finely chopped French beans, ½ cup finely chopped capsicum, and ½ cup chopped cabbage and increase the flame. Now fry them a little while stirring continuously. Also, add ½ teaspoon salt and stir while mixing, remember that the vegetables should not be over-fried, they should remain crisp. After frying the vegetables for 2 minutes, slow down the flame and add cooked rice to it. Also add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1.5 tbsp. schezwan sauce and 1 tbsp. tomato sauce. Now mix them gently, after mixing turn off the gas. Schezwan fried rice will be ready, serve it and enjoy its taste.

Summary Method-

To make veg fried rice, use cooked rice. If you have raw rice, soak one cup of rice in water for about 20 minutes. After this, you drain the water. Now pour about 5-6 glasses of water into a pan and add one spoon of salt. Also, add half a teaspoon of lemon juice to it. When the water starts boiling lightly, add rice to it and stir once. Now leave the rice to cook. When the rice is cooked properly, drain out its excess water and spread the rice on a big plate so that it remains moist.

Now place a pan on the gas to heat it. Now add oil to it. After this, add chopped green chili, garlic, onion, and carrot and stir well. After three & four minutes, add salt, black pepper, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, and a little soy sauce. Now mix it well.

Now comes the turn to mix rice in it. Add rice to this mixture and mix well. Your fried rice is ready.

Take it out on a plate and garnish with spring onion. If you want, eat it as is or mix it with some Chinese gravy and eat it.

Suggestions:

If you are cooking rice immediately then do not overcook it and filter it and cool it thoroughly.

When you are cooking vegetables be careful not to cook them for more than 2 minutes.
