Essentials ingredients for paalak paneer:

Paneer                          250gram

Spinach                         250gram

Cumin                           1spoon

Onion                            2 medium size

Garlic                                   one small clove

Ginger                                  little

Salt                                       1tsp

Tomato                                 3 medium size

Green chili                            3-4

Red chili powder                 1tsp

Turmeric                               1 tsp

Black paper                          1sp

Coriander powder               2tsp

Curd                                      3tsp

Method of paalak paneer:

First, take spinach and wash it properly 2-3 times, then keep it on a plate. Let it dry then after 10-15 minutes cut it.

You can grind spinach after cutting because, in palak paneer, spinach should be fine. And if you don’t have a grinder, you can grind it on a sill batta or you can blend it with a churner while cooking. But today I will make you learn to blend spinach with churner.

Now cut 2 medium-sized onions. Cut ginger, green chili, and Peel garlic. Put it into honor.

Now keep a pan on gas, and add some oil. Let’s warm it for 15-20 seconds, then add onion. Fry it until it gets some red. Now add cumin, and fry it. Then add ginger, garlic, and chili paste. Cut a tomato in half and put it in this. And add some salt to this.

Cook for two minutes, after that you will see, so tomato melt. Then you have to take out its peal with the help of pincers or ladle. Press it nicely with a ladle.
