Pizza is a favorite to everyone. Children to adults people all love to eat it. It is famous in all India. It has many companies, like Domino. And now there is a small shop also for pizza, in a small area. As it is a path of mixed vegetables but they add some cheese and sauce, which increases the pizza’s taste and the shopkeeper charges a high amount of it. Pizza is so expensive that all people cannot purchase it. Those people are rich, they can eat it two times a week. But people can eat it in one or three months only. You can make it at your home without an oven. And there also comes a pizza base or you can make a pizza base with fine flour. But you should have essential ingredients at least.
So, today I will tell you a homemade pizza recipe in very easy steps.
Ingredients For pizza:
Fine Flore 1 cup
Salt according to taste
Celery half small spoon
Onion 2 medium size
Baking powder half spoon
Baking powder half spoon
Oil 1 Tsp
Olive oil 2 Tsp
Curd 3 Tsp
Chili flakes 1 Tsp
Oregano 1 Tsp
take 1 cup of fine flour in a bowl, then in a bowl mix baking soda and baking powder with one spoon of oil. Now put it in fine flour. Add curd, salt, and celery and combine it in some water. If you wish, so you wish, you can skip.
Make a loose dough of it. Then keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
Cut onion, capsicum, and tomato, and add corn. Add olive oil to a pan, and let’s warm it. Then add onion. Fry it some then add tomato, capsicum, and a little salt. Fry it properly, then leave it for 5 minutes to cook.
To make sauce cut one onion and garlic and fry it then add tomato puree, chili flaks, 1 spoon sugar, salt, and vinegar in it and mix it well. Cook it until it becomes thick.
Now we make thick roti of fine flour, which we have intertwined. Then put the pan on gas add this in the pan and cook it on low flame.
Flip it after cooking one side, then immediately spread the sauce and add cooked vegetables and cheese to this.
Take out from pan after cooking the second side. Now enjoy it.
