Ingredients for Ginger Tea
Milk – 1 cup
Water – 1½ cup
Crushed cardamom – 2,3
Black pepper – 1,2
Sugar – 2 teaspoons
Tea leaves – 1½ teaspoons
Ground ginger – 1 teaspoon
How to make Ginger Tea?
First, put the water in a tea maker then put it on the gas till the water gets hot then put the ginger in the mortar and crush it or when the water starts boiling add the crushed ginger it. Then grind the cardamom or black pepper into a paste or add it to the water and then add the tea leaves or use the tab to boil it until it boils. And then after that, we will add milk and let it boil and let it boil 3 to 4 times. When it starts boiling and the aroma of ginger starts coming from it, then the tea will be ready. Then let it cook on low flame for some time and after it is cooked, strain it in a glass and drink hot tea while enjoying.
