    • Tomato - 2
    • Capsicum – 1
    • Mozzarella cheese – 50 grams
    • Black pepper powder – less than a quarter teaspoon
    • Ajinomoto powder – 1/2 tsp (optional)
    • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

        Pizza Dough Making

        • To make pizza, yeast is added to the flour and the dough is kept 3-4 hours in advance.
        • This flour can be stored in large quantities and can be used for 5-6 days by keeping it in the refrigerator.
        • You can prepare dough for pizza and keep it in the freezer.
        • Whenever you want to make pizza, take it out of the freezer,

                        • Tomato - 4-5
                        • Salt - as per taste
                        • Sugar - 1 tsp
                        • Black pepper - 2 pinch
                        • Basil leaves – 6-7
                        • Olive oil or butter – 2 tbsp.

                        How to make Pizza Sauce?

                        • Wash the tomatoes, cut them into big pieces and grind them.
                        • Heat olive oil in a small pan, add crushed tomatoes, salt, sugar, black pepper, and torn basil leaves and cook until it thickens.
                        • Pizza Tomato Sauce is ready.
