  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Grated radish - 2 cups
  • Coriander - 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Parsley - 4 teaspoons
  • Green chili - 2 (finely chopped)
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt - less than 1 tsp or as per taste
  • Oil - 3-4 tbsp

How to make Mooli Prathan Recipe

Take out the flour in a big bowl, add grated radish, salt, parsley, finely chopped green chilies, ginger paste, and finely chopped green coriander and 1 teaspoon oil, mix all the ingredients well, now add a little water Prepare a little hard dough by adding it, keep the dough covered for 10 minutes and the dough will be set and ready. The dough for making a parantha is ready. Heat it by placing it on gas. Take out a little flour from the dough and make a round dough. Wrap the dough in dry flour (parathas) and roll it into a diameter of 4-5 inches. Spread a little oil on it and fold it in half. Spread some oil over the half-folded paratha.

Fold it in half again. Wrap the prepared Tikon with dry flour and roll it into a thick parantha. Pour some oil on the pan and spread it around. Place the rolled tri-parathas on the pan, flip the paratha on the lower surface, and roast them. When the parantha gets light brown on the other side, then pour some oil on the first surface and spread it around. Turn the parantha, spread oil on the other side as well. While pressing the parantha with a spoon, turn it over and roast till it gets brown spots. Roast the parathas till they get brown spots on both sides.
